My wife got Rear-ended and we decided to let Reichenbach do the repairs. They promised us they would match our car parts and color to Ford. They ended up ordering the wrong color bumper and instead of calling to notify us, they used the part anyway. We now have a car thatâs two different colors. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
