Side trim running board on driver side is very loose. When turning and braking there is a grinding noise. My emblem and grill have bubbles in the paint.

The repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time and all staff that I interacted with were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. My vehicle needed a tailgate and bumper replaced. There was a special sticker on the tailgate that I mentioned in passing. They took the effort to save this sticker so that I could keep it on the truck. I would definitely use this collision center again.

I appreciate the time and effort put into making sure I had appropriate and accurate repair work done to my car. I cannot say how thankful I am that when I brought my car in initially, the staff immediately knew that the first damage estimate I received was completely inaccurate. I was assigned a new assessor who was more experienced and knowledgeable on exactly what needed to be fixed on my car. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs and was immediately notified when my car was ready for pickup. Thanks so much again!
