The team that dealt with my car went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I was pleased. I received texts and phone calls daily to keep me updated. Living in Florence for over 60 years, I know it is rare to have a business go to the lengths that they did in order to make this a pleasant experience for me. Julie, John, Chris, the adjuster and Tom at Enterprise on Irby St, all worked together to make this process an easy one for me. The repair was done ahead of schedule. The person that cleaned my car did an excellent job also. Everyone has commented that my car looks better than when I first bought it. Although I have done business with Horne Ford over 4 decades, this was my first time doing business with Reichenbach Ford. Their work ethic is second to none.

My car was ready on Thursday although the projected date fir pickup was the next Monday. They put forth alot of effort to get my car back to me early. They did a great job and were outstanding to deal with, especially communicating with me so often.

John's customer service is awesome! He gave me an update each week. When I left my car, he said it would probably take about 3 weeks; you didn't have my car quite 2 weeks. When I picked my car up, it looked great. You collision team did an amazing job! It would be a pleasure for me to recommend the Reichenbach Collision team. Needless to say I am a completely satisfied customer.

I was impressed and satisfied with the work done bc it was excellent but I had to buy a new battery bc they obviously drained it and I didn't have that problem when I came. But the job was done well!
