Repairs done when originally promised and looks great. The car was cleaned and honestly looked better than even before the accident. Thanks Matt and Jeremy at Mikes and of course the body guys.

I was very pleased with everything except the lack of friendliness initially. The woman at the front desk was cold, though efficient; I didn’t know Jeremy’s name until I got the estimate; Matt had no name and was crisp at first, then warmed up to being very helpful and timely with communication. It matters. Overall, a big thank you for the final product.

I already sent in a satisfaction survey, but today - in Minnesota- the front lower “shield” came loose when I parked against the concrete stop and little black “buttons” popped onto the ground. The shield is hanging down a bit, but doesn’t seem to interfere with driving. I will be back home in Bloomington Thursday afternoon, the 24th.

Car looks and drives just like brand new. Matt and the whole crew (even Mike) kept in touch with us regularly during the repair process. Very happy we selected Mike's Collision (again) and will choose them in the future if repairs are ever needed. 11 out of 10 stars!!

They completed the repairs excellently. Communicated well,even considering the multitude of questions I had. Just handling the communication with the insurance company was awesome. If I ever need body work again. Mikes will be my first call.

The repair was top notch. Paint looks nice, car was clean when picked up. Only issue is a fingerprint on the rock guard. Darrell said the print may fade in a few days so I will give it some time but if not he would take care of it. Thank you so much.
