The work itself is great, but the communication/speed was awful. I was quoted the vehicle being done the Friday before Labor Day, and did not receive any updates when the day arrived. I tried calling multiple times - no answer. I called the following Tuesday and they said it would actually be Thursday now! I called again later in the week and now it’s Friday! I called on Friday to double check, and yes we’re still on for Friday. It’s 3:30 on Friday and I’ve heard nothing. I call three times and get no answer. Finally someone calls me back at 4:30 to let me know it’s done, so now I have to rush over there to pick it up before I have no car for another weekend. Maybe a part or something took longer than they thought to get in, but I’ll never know because the communication was so bad. It took four weeks to complete!! I would look elsewhere next time.

I would never recommend this shop again. They’ve done work for me in the past, but that is a long done thing. They will never do work for me again.

I went to go pick up my truck last week and the service light is still on the whole reason why he had me tow it to them and they put the wrong headlights in and nobody could tell me why other than the fact they’re $1000 cheaper to go with the cheaper standard headlights not the LED headlights that I had you guys have disappointed me on every claim I have made 30 years with you guys
