I am completely satisfied because of the outstanding conscientiousness of Darrell who oversaw my whole project as well as the professional craftsmanship that the technicians had, performing the work. I am the type of customer that typically may drive some people crazy due to my detail oriented meticulousness about how I want things done. Nothing was rushed in the process, yet it was done in a timely manner, and every concern I had, was not only addressed, but they were addressed with care and concern for my wishes. I felt like I could rest easy knowing that my car, which is very special to me, was in the best hands possible! I literally couldn't say enough good about the team including Mary at the front desk!

As I have noted on several other surveys I absolutely could not be more pleased with the craftsmanship, the professionalism, the genuine concern that Darrell personally took in my project and what details were most important to me. I have been bringing vehicles to Mike's Collision for over 10 years and have never had a single bad experience. Mary at the front desk is extremely kind courteous and helpful as well!

This was my first time having this kind of repair don't to a vehicle so I didn't know what to expect, but Mary was extremely helpful from the time I first reached out for an estimate to when I picked my vehicle up. They made sure to keep me updated when there were changes to the completion dates. My car looks brand new. I'm very pleased.
