I was very satisfied with my car repair at Mike’s Custom Auto Body. They were recommended to me by my insurance company Liberty Mutual Ins so I decided to use them because of the convenience and they weren’t too far from where I lived. On my first visit to Mike’s I found it to be very organized and incredibly clean for a body shop. The folks there were very friendly and knew their business. I was greeted by Stacy, who seems to be very well informed and organized, she’s was very pleasant. When you talk to her on the phone she is very receptive and knows exactly where your car is in its progress. Once again, the car turned out incredibly nice and to my surprise, the vehicle was detailed inside and out, absolutely over the top service and much appreciated. And the bonus was that they actually detailed my car inside a out, which was an incredibly nice touch. Stacy, who greeted me when I brought the car in is very nice and very knowledgeable. I called once to see the progress of the car and she was receptive and well informed. She knew exactly where it was in its progress and when I could pick it. up. Definitely a 10. Only complaint was confusion over pickup of vehicle. I had to wait almost an hour for the car, but they had detailed it which was a pleasant surprise. Other than that, they did a great job! Thank you.
