Minor nitpick with one of the non oem parts used where it didn't perfectly match up. However this was down to the insurance company requiring non oem parts. The auto body shop were able to work with it to make it work and I am overall very pleased. Minor nitpick.

Everything about my experience with mikes custom auto body was wonderful. Im especially pleased about how quickly i received my car back. I was told prior to bringing my car into the shop to be aware it might take a few weeks. I got my car back in about a week! And it was ready before the estimated time. I was also having some trouble with the battery before i dropped off my car, and they went out of their way to try to charge it AND got it running, where most shops in my experience would have just quoted me for a new one. Stacy was wonderful help and made sure to consistently keep me updated. And my car looks wonderful! Im so pleased to have my car back in my hands and it looks like nothing even happened! Thank you Mikes Custom Auto Body for making this experience as easy as possible during the holidays. You guys are awesome.

I will never follow a recommendation from liberty mutual insurance for repair of my car. Liberty insurance and your troll should be ashamed of themselves. Agent would never respond. Very dissatisfied. With the repairs of my car. Shady and disgraceful job. Repairs not perform up to par. Lots of Shortcuts keeping the money and not doing the work repair. Had to be done twice. Very unhappy! Never will do it again I got through Liberty Mutual or this shop. Never! Shame on you
