Mike and his team have helped me twice now when dealing with damage from accidents, and were super helpful in trying to make sure everything was done well even with a lot of unknown pre-existing damage. When some very minor issues were noted with some of the work, they made sure to take care of the problem without any extra charge. A good trustworthy shop is hard to find, thanks!

When my Lexus needed some front end work after a minor collision, we brought it to Mike’s and they did an amazing job! They were easy to work with and their pricing was very fair (we chose not to go through insurance for the repair). They also worked quickly, so I was only without my vehicle for about 7 business days. My Lexus looks brand new! If you’re looking for a place to bring your vehicle for collision repair, this is the place! Highly recommend!

They did a good job of fixing my bumper; however, it took multiple visits to get them to fix my trunk latch. After I picked it up the first time, my trunk lid was out of alignment to the point where one side was higher than the other and the trunk had to be slammed to close. I took it back, and the mechanic gave me attitude on the trunk’s alignment. I was told the latch was fine, despite difficulty closing the lid and the latch being totally chewed up from the accident. I brought up the trunk latch issues with Subaru during an oil change for them to tell me that the latch was broken, the hitch for the latch in the bumper was still bent, and the weather stripping was kinked, so my trunk wasn’t actually sealed. I took it back to Mike’s again only for the mechanic to give my dad and I more attitude, saying that the trunk’s difficulty closing was just a “cosmetic inconvenience” rather than a problem. They finally resolved the issue, but I felt very much demeaned by the mechanic. All of this to say, Lexie at the front desk was AMAZING! She actually listened to my concerns and fought for me with the mechanic. Overall, I was pretty frustrated with this process.

Like I said in my previous comment, the mechanic was rude and didn’t address my concerns, going so far as to belittle the trunk latch issue. However, Lexie was AMAZING!
