Very impressed with the work and how fast my truck was repaired. Some co-workers had already taken their vehicles to Mike's Paint Place and were very satisfied with their work. That helped me make my decision to take my truck with them instead of somewhere else. The people I dealt with were very friendly and very professional. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Repairs were awesome and I understand how busy you all are with the hail damage. However customer responsiveness is poor from mechanics/body work staff and geico representative and unknowledgeable staff that say "it will be ready tomorrow" or "were in no rush to fix your car." Puts a very bad taste in the customers mouth. Had called back Lorenzo due to the car not being properly aligned and stated he would let you all know and I never got a call back with a follow up. I would worry about the liability that places the shop in if anything happens to me or my car while I'm driving considering you all guarantee the repairs! Will not be saying bad things about mikes because in all honesty I'm just grateful to you all for bring my car back to life I also work in "customer service" so I know how ignorant and annoying people are, yet I believe I was pretty reasonable as a customer! Thanks again Mikes for all your help!
