I am so happy that I found Mike's Towing to fix my damaged vehicle. Mike's was my third place that I went to for a quote. The first one was overcharging me by a whole lot and couldn't explain why things were so expensive. The second place didn't honor my appointment for a quote and never called back to reschedule. That worked out, since they were down the road from Mike's! I showed up without an appointment, and was greeted with so much kindness. Liz is an amazing person and I felt like she actually cared about helping me out! The communication was terrific and unlike any service department or car place I have ever dealt with in general! Liz even helped me to set up my rental car. I was pleasantly surprise when my car was done when you all said it would be! Vanessa was also great! I have already highly recommended you and posted a Google review! Thank you so much again! Hopefully I won't be in need of your services in the future, but if I do you will be the first and only place I go to.
