Great work - loved how they cleaned the interior and exterior as well. Just felt the communication and timeliness was poor. Took 2 weeks to have a partial bumper and reflector replaced, which was really inconvenient without a loaner car (original estimate said it should take 1 week maximum). Navigating parking lot is also terrible

They were great. Met with Emily initially to review the damage and answered my questions. Discussed with Jeff trying to keep the cost down as I was not going to through my insurance company.
