Jeff is exceptionally skilled, scrupulously honest and straightforward in his estimates and flexibility in weighing various work options. My only concern is that communication between Jeff and his staff sometimes results in overly optimistic statements to customers on when a vehicle will be ready for pickup. That said, his staff are always poised and customer friendly.
