Was initially worried about how long the repair will take as the lot was packed with cars. Surprised that it only took 2 weeks as promised. Job was well done, car was cleaned.

Communication was a bit delayed but it was the holidays and I think there was some sickness, so not an issue. Plus we weren’t in a hurry and we had conveyed that. So, satisfied in all.

Amazingly helpful and extremely transparent, with both the good news and bad news. I needed to have a lot of work done from an accident, as well as little things that wasn't a need and were put off. They fixed everything and more. They were very communicative throughout the whole process. They dealt with the insurance company and handled every part, including the back and forth with them. I had an issue after and was able to bring it to them at my convenience and when I did, I was immediately taken care of, informed or the steps, and offered even more flexibility if I needed it. Hands down best car experience and would absolutely be going there for any work I need.
