Jeff worked with us on the repair. Our car was total loss, but we wanted to keep it. The insurance company didn't pay as much as they should have. Jeff promised to repair the car so that we don't have to pay as much out of pocket. Finally Jeff got the car repaired even less than the estimate he quoted. Immensely thankful to Jeff for that.

It took over six weeks for the repairs to be made. If we had known when we got the estimate that you were that backed up we probably would have gone to another shop. And when we picked up the car a weather stripping piece was not in and have to go back to have that installed.

The body work was seamless, and my car was returned to me washed outside, and vacuumed impeccably inside.

Would have given a 10, however, there was no communication each time I was told it would be ready and the date passed. They were very nice when I called to inquire, but it would have been better CS if they had called to tell me there was a delay.
