Nick Sundby the Auto Body Manager deserves far more than even a 10! He went above and beyond to make my experience there what it was.I was also impressed with Jeremy Leflay the Service Manager that I had work done there too that Nick coordinated. You guys are the best and your customer service is top notch! So much so that I drove 1 1/2 hours there to get the work done.

Again, Nick Sundby was amazing and so helpful when I first called to set-up an appt, get a quote from the accident I had due to icy roads, to making it as easy as possible and me making the least amount of trips there as we live 3 hours round trip from you guys. He got me a rental car from you, kept in communication with me via email and phone with updates. He was soooo nice, thorough, professional, kind, caring, made me feel like I was his only customer! I went to get a recall done at the Service Dept about 3 years ago and was blown away then by your customer service. It's VERY hard to come by these days and I just wanted to tell you how amazing Nick Sundby is at his job!

Austin was instrumental in getting repairs approved by insurance, and in getting parts ordered, shipped, assembled, painted, and finished as quick as possible. Hope I never need it again, but would go back to Miller if I do.
