There was zero communication. The person who was working with my progressive agent/fixing my vehicle and customer service as a whole. I knew there would be a difference once progressive came to do an in-person estimate at their shop, but nobody bothered to call and tell me those changes. They gave me the run around and a surprise bill at the end. Im happy to have my vehicle back, but not impressed with the shop at all.

Car was done ahead of scheduled completion date, great and friendly gals at the front desk. Estimator (Trent) was very good at keeping me up to date on the repairs and very friendly also.
