I drop my cars off, they tell me when they should be finished. When I go to pick them up , they look like new" inside and out" I couldn't find anything to complain about so they get a 10.

If the re's anything that you don't like, they will take care of it. They even adjusted part's that wasn't related to the damage that it was in there for . For that reason they get a 10+

Once again, you all exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate your kindness, professionalism, top quality work, and the way you handled the insurance end of the claim. It was incredibly nice of Brandon to give me rides both ways to make the process easier, too. I am just getting back in my car today after having been on vacation for a couple weeks, and I am noticing how beautifully you cleaned the inside as well as the outside. Wow! I truly appreciate that!

My husband actually got rear-ended after I scheduled my repair. When I dropped my vehicle off, I asked to set him up an estimate appointment.

They were amazing. I was able to get a loaner car while my vehicle was repaired, which was a must since I have two kids in school and daycare. The repair was done a lot quicker than they said, which was a nice surprise.
