Went to pick up my car today after being told all repairs were complete only to arrive and find out that my car STILL had the damage I brought it in for the previous week. I’m shocked and very frustrated to have been so inconvenienced. I no longer have a rental car and must now wait AGAIN for parts and return next week for repairs. I have absolutely no idea how this could have happened and am appalled at the lack of quality control. I can’t help but be very suspicious about whether or not the other damages which are not external were even fixed. I was also folded all repairs were being done ‘in house’ only to notice that the mileage indicated someone had even driving my car.
