They go over and above, helping the customer.. personally I have taken my vehicles there for over 10 years.Jim , the owner, is so personable, caring, and helpful beyond my expectations! Jim treats you with respect and compassion. As we all no, when you have been in an accident or your vehicle has broken down, it impacts your life in a big way. Jim and his staff know this and bend over backwards to help accommodate your situation and get your vehicle on the road as soon as possible. The staff is fantastic! Smiling, caring and so helpful. Jennifer, who is my contact person there, treats me like family and it’s so comforting to have relationship with people in business. I found the experience to be Very quick, but also quality. My wife's Car looks just as good as before it was smashed. And, the paint matched like perfectly. She was stoked. The car had been painted before at another local body shop and the color was good but the flop was bad. It was very obvious it didn't match. She hated that. Now, the car's color is excellent and the flop is possibly dead on or very close. So much so you can't tell.

Very dissapointed the entire tailgate was not painted.Now we have a repaired tailgate and new bumper and because of a little extra work the area around the license plate got left unpainted which is on the newly painted tailgate.Looks horrible.Since that is on the tailgate you wouldn’t think it would not get painted as well.Someone should have me aware of that prior.Very poor communication.
