A basic drivability test verifying alignment and wheel balance should be a standard. Felt again this was not completed due to satisfy a time frame set by Insurance.

I appreciated the phone calls informing me of what have been found upon examination and what the estimate would be even though I wasn't the one paying for it. The only issue I had was the service I was given in establishing when the car would be ready. When I did not hear from your facility I called and the response I received was " don't interrupt us we will call you when we're ready." I needed to schedule my day and I had to actually wait an extra hour and a half until I actually got the call giving me a time to pick up the car. That would be the only problem that I had with your facility otherwise I appreciate the work that was done and my car does look good and it runs well.
