Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 7:30-5:30 and after hours and weekends by appointment. It was apparent this collision center is a “go to” for repairs covered by AAA insurance. They handled all the details efficiently (including getting me into a rental vehicle) & the repair work looks like new. They’re courteous, professional, & competent. I instructed Chris to not put on the front license plate holder, but when I got the car home, I saw that you had put it on. I called Chris and said that we agreed the license plate holder for the front was not to be put on and he said yeah what’s the problem and I said well it’s on. He said that it’s could be put on with two sided tape and it would be easy to remove. I am not doing that. I need you guys to take care of what I asked.
