Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 7:30-5:30 and after hours and weekends by appointment. The only convenient thing about it is they work directly with AAA and it made the insurance process easier

A ding on the front fender was completely missed. The buffing in the car has left circles in the paint that was not there before. There is what looks like buffing compound in numerous spots that was not cleaned off. Also inside the backseat of the car or some plastic covers that I’m not really sure what they go to that they said I could bring it back later and they’ll figure it out.

They did not schedule the repairs to be done in a timely manner that prevented me from having to pay an additional $150 for three extra days of the rental. Which I did not realize until the rental car company called me and asked me if I was returning the car that day and that it was already three days over.

Very nice service. Customer service excellent. My only disappointment was they didn’t install the new license plate lights that came with the new bumper or the new hardware
