I asked if I should make a list of items that were not working properly and was told that was not needed because everything is fixed and tested. At least two things that did not work when I brought the vehicle in still do not work.

I called them because I was in a car accident. I told them there was noise coming from the driver side wheel, when I picked up my car they had not fixed the issue and took my car somewhere I didn't even know where they took it. They never called or to say anything. Now im trying to find out where my car is and they don't open on Friday Saturday or Sunday. Now the rental is due back and I don't know what to do. Ill never use them again. If they don't fix the wheel then why would they tell me to bring the car there. I wasn't concerned with the very small dent in the bumper that they fixed i need the wheel fixed. I would never take anything there They Suck!
