When I came to pick up the finished car, there were 3 scratches in the paint. I was told to bring it back and it would be buffed out. That didn't work, so I had to schedule another full day. Only to find out that instead of being finished in a day, it would need more time. My wife and I were leaving on a trip and decided the trip was not possible without the car. They finally called for us to pick it up. So we were able to make the trip.

The gal at the front desk was very nice, but Joe never returned my calls. I was informed that it would take approx. 2 weeks to repair my car. After 3 weeks, and hoping someone would call me, nobody did. I left a message for Joe, as nobody answered the phone. I ended up driving to the repair shop and they told me they were waiting for a part. I wish they would have called me to inform me of this! It rook a full 4 weeks to repair my car, and I ended up paying more for my rental. I suggest your shop has better communication to the customer. I would not recommend your repair shop due to the lack of communication. Shame on Joe for not returning my calls. I spoke to him personally, and he said he's call me back. He didn't. The other time was when I left a message for him.
