I had a really great experience with the car repair aspect. The staff was wonderful and our car looks great. My one complaint is that my representative suggested that I could upgrade to an SUV, but didn't warn me that I might be billed for it (the accident wasn't my fault and all other bills were covered). A week after I got my car back I got a surprise bill from the rental car agency. They charged me $174 for renting a car that I rarely used and wasn't fond of. I know this wasn't completely the fault of the Carstar agent, but a warning of a potential extra cost would have been helpful.

There was a noise on the drivers door and someone came out to see. He noticed and told us that the drivers door hindge is bad and can have Mike get us a quote.
