Minnetonka collision was wonderful to work with. Work on my Tesla was done in a timely manner. Quality of work excellent. The front counter person ( Kelsey) very attentive and helpful. Hope we don’t need to return for any future work, but if needed they are our body shop of choice. Thank you Joe!

We gave you a lower rate only due to the lack of communication. With the extended timeline, which we understand was not in your control, we had to always call you for any update and sometimes leaving messages that were not returned. However with that said we otherwise were very satisfied with Joe & team.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. When brought vehicle in to get scheduled they even took time to manage car sensors so they wouldn’t randomly go off until they could get my vehicle in to complete the repair. When I called to check in on a quest image of when my car would be completed to the owner when I picked up my car. I will definitely be back should I have a repair need. Thank you

Satisfied with the quality of the repairs. But not very happy with how long it took to get my car back. When dropped off on a Monday, they said it could be done as early as Friday. But rather than five days, it has actually fourteen days that I had to pay for a rental car. That’s really was unpleasant.
