I was hoping to see the markings by the back hatch be less noticeable. But maybe I just paying to paint them, not to do anything else. A mistake was made when checking me out (charging me on my subtotal instead of my total after tax), but the mistake was not that much $$ and in my favor. I felt inconvenienced to receive several calls (one while driving on my way home and one while I was working) to make another payment over the phone. I had leave my work building to retrieve my card in my car and repeat my card information three times to the person on the phone. It would have been nice if the mistake could have just been overlooked by the company. Lastly, I received an email today (the day after I picked up my car) stating very bluntly “Confirming that you picked up your car today.” No, I picked it up yesterday. It seemed strangely worded and unprofessional, like someone wanted to make sure I didn’t accuse them of keeping my car? Anyway, I don’t need a call. The work done on my vehicle at the site of the accident was excellent. I understand my service was impacted by having an employee in training help me. I just wanted to share my feedback if it could be helpful for the future. Thanks, Jamey
