I have absolutely no complaints at all. From the initial contact for a repair estimate, to the final repair and pick-up, there is nothing that could have been done better. In fact, the entire process was beyond our expectations. The staff is pleasant and very helpful with explanations and updates throughout the process. If that isn't enough, the total cost of the repair was much less than other auto body shops that we contacted for an estimate.

Body shops in general make areal effort to return a repaired vehicle in spotless condition especially if it is a newer car. Mine was returned with a really dirty streaky windshield and all repairs had not been completed. The remaining repair was quickly taken care of, but the car was not properly washed.
