Thank you so much for the quality work you did on our car. The repair was done in a timely manner and the staff couldn't have been any nicer. Bryan McKnight handled my claim when I had an accident out of state so when I returned everything including my rental car was ready for me. The repairs were above average and detailed to look brand new. HIGHLY recommend Minor Wreck Express!!!

Your repair work is excellent. That's why I am a repeat customer. I am very disappointed in this email service. The first one told me you had the car and starting the work. The second one told me things were fine. Third one told me the car would be complete as promised. When I called to ask about a possible time, after a long wait, I was told the car would not be ready as promised. Shortly thereafter another email telling me what I just heard over the phone. Car not done. When you called Thursday to tell me the car was ready, it was too late for me to get the car, so we went today, Friday and picked it up and paid. As far as I'm concerned, the email is a feeble attempt to contact the customer, especially when is actually says nothing. Again, good body work, poor contact with me.
