There are countless buffer swirl marks that need taken out. I’ll stop in on Monday. Why would you have to buff new paint?

I will bring car back for you to repair the difference in color…but I am not pleased to bring my car back. I went to HYvee with my car after leaving your business and my car would not start. My husband had to come jump my car so we could get my car home. Not sure why my battery was dead after being at your shop?

When we initially set up to come to Minor Wreck Express, we were told it would take three days to complete the work. We even brought the vehicle in the night before the start day to make sure we didn’t hold up the repair time. We received email notifications about the progress of work which we appreciated. On the third day we received notification work was on schedule and we would be notified if there were any delays. We had an appointment in Nebraska for Thursday so was glad to hear this. We did not receive any notifications of delays on Wednesday but when we called later in the day on Wednesday, we were told the repair was not gone to be completed until Thursday morning. Since we had a commitment on Thursday morning in Nebraska it meant we were scrambling to get that rearranged late on Wednesday afternoon. We had to cancel our original Thursday meeting and as It turned out they had no other times on Thursday for us and we had to move our meeting until the following week. We were disappointed that the repair was not completed in the time that we had been told it would be completed and it caused us to have to rearrange a meeting and get home a day later and we had planned.
