I have never had auto body work done on my car, and I had lots of questions about the process and my insurance. John was so patient and helpful, even when he was really busy. I would go back to Minucci Autobody any time I needed help of advice.

The car looked better than when I got it. You guys took it when you said you would and finished it when you said you would. That was the best experience at a mechanic/body shop I’ve had. My one complaint is that, later that day, I drove my car to go apple picking with my son. Afterwards, the car was dead. We called AAA and had it jumped, but I suspect that the battery was drained from having doors open or something for an extended period during the repair. Overall a pretty minor complaint, but getting stranded with a two year old is less than deaireable. But maybe something go to check for before the car rolls away. To be clear, I’ll definitely come back next time we need work.
