In a day and age of mediocrity, it is nice to find a business that does a great job and one can trust. Where to start with our praise for the whole Minucci team? Having ones car out of commission for any amount of time can be disruptive at best, not to mention any concerns that one might have that their car will be treated well and repaired back to factory specs. Such concerns have no place at Minucci - we were treated like family! Working with John and his team was a true pleasure - from the outset (our car was damaged by a car which jutted out of a side street into the front R of our car, due to that driver's "flip flop getting stuck on the gas pedal" ) - at a time of year when there is so much going on with our kids/their schedules and ours, needing to part with our beloved car for any amount of time was most unwelcome. We couldn't have been more impressed with John's professionalism as well as his attention to detail. He and his team returned our car to perfection, not to mention a day sooner than originally estimated! When it was time to retrieve our car, to find that it had been meticulously vacuumed and detailed was just the cherry on top of a wonderful experience. We couldn't endorse Minucci's work more highly.
