BJ and Pearl went above and beyond exceeding all expectations. Their friendly, constant, and clear communication was a breath of fresh air in a time where exceptional customer service is rare. I cannot than him enough for all that BJ did in working with my insurance company. I had no involvement until I picked up my vehicle that looked like new. I needed my tailgate repainted and a dent repair. I paid out of packet and BJ was very helpful working with me in the price. Pearl was also very helpful to me setting everything up and payment options. My truck tailgate looks better then new! In all, I could but be more pleased and plan to bring my wife's car in next. Took over a month to be supposedly finished, had to be repainted, when repainted there is runs on the inside and dust bubbles, and rear view camera was not set up correctly after being replaced. Have to bring in again to fix up. Quality of paint job and not making sure everything was set up correctly is reflected in my score/satisfaction

Would like to say pearl was absolutely phenomenal. She clarified my insurance process proceeding as well helping me get set up with my Sevice rider Steve and he also helped me with the procedure process as far as getting everything situated with time frame and understanding how long it would take to be completed . Would also like to thank Steve for explaining the rental procedures and a courtesy of giving one week free of rental service under rental vehicles with no additional charges.would like to also thank Peter for clarifying the appraisal value procedure ending, explaining how the procedure works and moving forward in progress as far as handling with the insurance company, Thank you miracle, body and paint for the phenomenal bodywork repair job
