Mitchell Autobody was great to work with. Bill looked out for our best interests in working with our insurer (GEICO), particularly with closely inspecting the mandated “recycled” parts. The workmanship was first rate. Stellar fit and finish, no squeaks or rattles and the paintwork and blending was off the charts. Upon pickup the car, even the wheels and tires, gleamed like the day it was made.

It looks like nothing was ever wrong with my car. There were a few minor scratches once I received the car back; one from the accident on the mirror that was never fixed and one little one that was never there before on the car, but nothing like what the car looked before.

Everyone was friendly and willing to help. I wish I received more updates on the car since it was in the shop for 9 days. I had to call a few times to check on the status, especially before the weekend and after a week being in the shop. I also was told I would receive a call on the status and when it would be ready for pick up, but I had to call back as I never received a call. I think a little bit more notice and calling once everything was ready would have been helpful.

The service personnel were very courteous and provided understandable repair status and part delivery status. It was very considerate of Michell Volvo to authorize the use of a loan car while the repair extended after the original return estimate and continued after the insurance for a rental reach the max allowance.
