Your people did a truly great job in repairing our car. We were hoping for a repair good enough so that other people wouldn't notice any change, but what you gave us was a repair so good that even we couldn't see that anything had been done, even in looking for any difference. I have worked with other auto body shops in the past and they were not easy to deal with, particularly when it came to working with the insurance company. I would recommend Mitchell to anyone, especially because this was not an issue!

I have had several jobs done in the past in your facility and loved the experience. I just had a 20K job done and the paint job wasn’t finished right and they forget to put all the emblems and decals back on my Jeep when they returned my vehicle. For 20K your shop should also detail cars fully for large jobs. I’m disappointed, you need to implement quality controls in your autobody shop.
