I had my car repaired with Mitchell Auto Body very recently & they came very highly recommended. Right from the start when speaking with Ashley she put my mind at ease with her kindness & reassurance. My advisor Bill is also amazing & kind. He kept me informed of all of the repairs & his communication with the insurance company & they both made a very stressful situation a much smoother process. Everyone in the office is very friendly & helpful & I would absolutely recommend them for any auto body needs!! The technicians did such an amazing job on the repairs everything looks great & I am so very happy with the final result!!

The repair for my car was great. The biggest problem I had was the time that it took for it be completed. It took about 3 month for the completion of the project. About 1.5 into the repair I complained on how long it took and I was down a car with a family. The auto body was nice enough to provide me with a loaner which I really appreciated. The other complaint that i had was after the project was completed my car was filled with dust from inside of the garage. I understand my car was expose to the garage element, it would of been nice to at least have a courtesy wipe down of my interior. I wasn't expecting a full interior detail, but just simple wipe down of the dash and front radio receiver would have been really appreciated.
