Car was returned with an issue unresolved. Was not told on pickup and car became inoperable and had to get towed back when I got home. I was only told about the issue, which they had discovered while it was in shop for 43 days, until I called and said the car had become inoperable!

Pete did everything to work with Allstate insurance Company to cover expenses! The accident was not my fault and he made the company pay for everything! Thank you Pete! The only thing that was a bit annoying was the back and forth and many phone calls. Boy… everything worked out in the end!

It's hard to say. I leased a new Subaru Forester. The sales people from Mitchell Subaru brought the Outback in for repair; I didn't! I haven't seen the Outback since it's been repaired. I assume it has been repaired according to everyone's liking! I have never been upset with the quality of the work done at the auto body shop!
