To start with, I had gone maybe 6 weeks prior to get a quote and I had set up a date for dropped off. I was supposed to get a notification/call a week prior from service advisor but didn't but either way I had it on my calendar. So I called to confirm but service advisor didn't sound to confident like if maybe he forgot that I was going. One of the big issues was that the day I dropped off the car the car was never pulled inside the fencing area at the end of the day and I just happened to drive by into car was unlocked and left outside the fencing area. Luckily nothing happened but it's their responsibility to secure my vehicle and I would have been happy enough to bring it another day if there wasn't any space. At the end of the day nothing happened to the vehicle but still you lose confidence and bringing back your vehicle to this place or even recommend it.
