Since I was paying cash for the repairs to my car, many assumptions were made as to what I would and would not be willing to pay for. Although my back bumper & fender had to be repaired, there is a spot on the bumper that was not painted even though the fender was painted. The back axle on my car is bent & my tire is leaning but apparently someone made the decision that I wouldn’t want to pay to fix it because I wasn’t told about it until I picked my car up. I specifically asked when I dropped my car off that someone look at the airbag light that is on. I watched the lady make the note on my file. The light was still on when I picked up the car. When I called to ask about it, I was told that they had turned it off but if it came back on then I should bring the car back for them to look at it again. So I’m not curious as to whether it was even looked at and if there was an issue was it resolved or was the light just turned off. I was really excited about using you all after I received my initial quote; however, the service did not match my expectations. The things that were fixed look great but not so much when compared to the bumper missing paint, a leaning tire & an airbag light that may mean my airbags aren’t working.
