It took too look to repair with moderate damage that was still drivable. The repair work looks great but two weeks was too long. I didn’t rent a car because I thought he would take a week. This work schedule may be procedure to you, for me it was unacceptable. You should tell the customer how long the repairs will take the day he/ she brings the car in.

Floor mat dirty when vehicle returned. Tailgate lid would not shut properly when car picked up. Took vehicle back for adjustment but, while better, still not shutting properly.
