Mitchell’s Body and Repair did a great job fixing my truck after a wreck. They matched my unique color perfectly, and you’d never know it was damaged. The team was friendly and paid attention to every detail. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best customer service Jennifer was amazing helped me with my daughter two-year-old after my car rental fell to pick up and I had to sit there for two hours I couldn’t have asked for a better place to get stuck lol they were all more than willing to help and even called to check on me!! I just don’t think you can get much better than that 1million stars⭐️ and an extra bonus I gained an awesome friendship!!! I really do love you all at Mitchell’s and I think y’all so so very much…. I have never been to another body shop like it it’s more than a body shop it’s family

I would also rate this 0 if it was an option. Not for the repair results but for dealing with Tara. Again, she has no business dealing with the public. No telling how much business she has run off with her attitude and disposition.

The final repair turned out fine but the process leading up to the end was stressful and made worse by the unprofessional and rude attitude by the office manager.

I would rate this 0 but that wasn’t an option. Tara, the Office Manager, has no business running an office and working with the public. People with her attitude are better suited to working in a prison.
