The car was brought in quickly but it took almost a month to “fix”. We had to return it because the work was not done properly and even today the front passenger door does not close properly. The customer facing people were rude to our daughter. I must say the manager was very apologetic and offered a car to us to use when the insurance rental ran out. That was the really only bright spot.

Everything seems just fine and a good job was done. I appreciated the inside being cleaned and vacuumed, but I was befuddled that the vehicle was returned with the outside being dusty and dirty and not clean. I would think it would be returned clean and shiny but I guess that’s just me.
