The work was great car looks like nothing happened at all to it. However, communication with this place is not great at all. Dropped off car was told they would call me with an estimate. They did not. They just began ordering parts without confirming I wanted to go through with it. When I called the insurance company there was an issue about my deductible from Mitch’s saying that the deductible amount was wrong. Which it wasn’t. Then the pick up of the car was delayed several times. Like I said work done 10/10 the organization in the front office is 2/10.

Something was sprayed on the interior that discolored the handle panel trim. You offered to try to "fix" it and without asking you painted over them. It looks horrible. It doesnt match and there's over spray on the black paneling by the handle. I'm not happy with it. The employee the that dropped the car off to my wife made a smart remark "are you happy now". My wife was busy at work so she didnt have time to look over the work. She just could see the discolored marks were gone. But noticed when she got home it was just painted.
