The collision department matched the paint perfectly which was a difficult metallic grafite gray. Very nice looking. Luke was a very big help to keep me updated.

I don’t need contacted, but the lack of communication was a little ridiculous. I was told from the start that it would take nowhere near the 45 days of having my rental to fix my repair and it was about 2 days shy of that deadline. I work right beside the dealership and my vehicle wasn’t even started for almost a month every time I drove by. Not the first time I have heard of things being run poorly especially as of late.

The repair process itself is what is unacceptable. Had a gentleman in the beginning tell me it wouldn’t take anywhere near the 45 days I had my rental and it took every last day of it. No communication whatsoever and when I walked in to get my vehicle, 2 people were on their phones and the other guy grabbed a file folder and went over to the other one and said “here do something.” Come to find out he grabbed the wrong folder and didn’t even pay attention to my name. The finish on my door almost has a white-ish tint to it now and the bottom frame inside the door has weird indentations on them. Hopefully won’t ever another accident but most likely won’t be returning to this body shop.

It would’ve been great if the gentleman would’ve walked with me to my car just to check things over. I am still having issues with my camera. The front is constantly going off when I stop at a stop sign and there is a piece around the right tire that is loose, I will be calling you guys in the morning.
