Because you had to follow your process. I ended up with the same thing 3 weeks later in a rental. I had to text to upgrade the rental because I went from a SUV to much smaller vehicle. I am appreciative and very glad it was all handled. I just feel like it could have been a much faster process. Thanks for your time and service for taking care of my vehicle."
