"**An Outstanding Experience at Complete Auto Body Shop\!** After an unexpected incident left my driver’s side mirror completely damaged, I contacted Complete Auto Body Shop on the recommendation of others. I’m so glad I did! From the very first phone call, my experience was exceptional. My main contact was Kristen, who was absolutely fabulous. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. She promptly arranged to have my vehicle picked up and went above and beyond to make the process as easy and stress\-free as possible\. She even offered to assist with arranging a rental car. While I was away on a weeklong trip, Kristen consistently kept me updated through calls and texts, letting me know when parts arrived and how the repairs were progressing. I never had to wonder what was happening or pick up the phone to check on things. That kind of communication"
