My experience with Modern Auto was incredible! Honestly, my insurance probably made a mistake sending me to their part of town because I live in the South Bay, but it all worked out for the best and I'm so glad I was sent there. With Modern Auto, it starts with Ed. Ed takes obvious pride in his work: his industry knowledge is impeccable and his customer service is exemplary. My car had significant damage and they had it for about a week and a half. Over this time period, I received consistent and clear communications (mostly via e-mail) from Ed and his team. I never felt out of the loop. Ultimately, the repair was completed in a very reasonable amount of time and I picked up my car cleaner than I dropped it off. Ed is a straight shooter and I would highly recommend! ALL the stars!
