The shop did a very good job with repainting the majority of the car’s panels. They had my vehicle for about 4,5 weeks, due to insurance approval, but once insurance gave them a green light, all jobs were done in less than 2 weeks

Modern Collision is a class act all the way!!! They are not your typical auto body repair shop. They not only treat the cars right, they pay attention to details with their impeccable customer service. Mark and Jessica are chef’s kiss and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I can’t thank the entire team at Modern Collision enough as they went beyond the call of duty to get my Caddy back to me. It looks like nothing ever happened. Truly amazing!!!!

The only complaint I have is I called and talked to Mark about the front guard peeling. Mark said he would find out the cost and call me. I never heard from him. I called back and Adam answered he said he would talk to Mark about powder coating. I never heard from him. I called back Adam answered said had talked with Mark and it would cost more than the bumper. Later that day I called Adam answered I ask him if my truck was ready. He said they've re waiting on an email from American National and would call me. He never called. I called American National and was told the email had been sent at 12:16 central time. I had called and talked to Adam around four..I went in this morning with a cashier check. Mark was at the front desk. I told him the email from National Security was sent at 12:16 central. Mark then asked Adam if he had seen it. Adam went through his emails and found it. Which means he never looked for it the day before. I did address this with Mark. As for as the repair work it is awesome. My number is 706-681-6679 if anyone would like to talk to me.
