Service was great! Communication was great! Everyone was very nice, professional and the job was completed in a timely manner. I was very impressed and happy with the way they detailed my truck before giving it to me. I would have given them a 10 as I have in the past. But it took a long time for my car to get fixed this time. I later discovered it was a parts problem causing most of the delay. Parts were ordered and paid for on a timely basis but they never arrived. I was running up to a deadline and needed a car by a certain date. The shop manager did an extraordinary job to complete the job, so I could use my car and meet an out-of-town deadline. This included delivering my car to my home after hours, when I was attending a local event. You cannot ask a shop to do more than that.
